Madzon(r) (www.madzon.com), an innovative concept for brand new
electronics distribution, is the world's largest brand new electronic
PRIZES provider (store) and is the only web site professionally
dedicated to provide top brand new electronics as prizes through
variety of innovative, user-attractive, totally-fair, easy-to-play,
no-special-knowledge-needed but Strategy-based proprietary entertaining
prize models – “uVote”, “uFind”, “uRisk”,
“uGuess”, “uBid”, “uBuy” and “uTrader”.
Madzon(r) has plans to file several patents for the prize models
mentioned above and was planned to be headquartered in Las Vegas
NV USA.
The project started out in the beginning of 2000 with extensive
market research while the web site is on-line since 2001 but has
never been advertised or formally launched. The site has thousands
of web pages developed and lots of additional features, specifics,
solutions, services, programs and tools have been added to and generally
compliment and enrich the main concept. The entire project development
process took us nearly 2 full years until somewhere the fall of
the year of 2002 and I have invested considerable amount of resources,
including but not limited to, money, time, knowledge, man power
and experience up to date.
Reason for sale:
In November 2002 I’ve got an angel investor who has promised
to back Madzon(r) up, but during the next 2003 year due to improper
investments made in China by the same private investor he has backed
his plans off and the funding deal for Madzon(r) has just failed
and currently I am totally out of resources, capital and motivation
to properly operate further and bring it to commercial operations.
